No longer is Walk Score just about the “walk-ability” of a neighborhood or specific location. Now, Walk Score offers a Commuting Report which includes not only the approximate commuting time via car, bike, mass transit or two feet, it also includes a cost of commuting calculator. What a great tool to add to your listings!
With the attached example, I used a listing at 6318 Alexander St. in Norfolk, VA and added the commute to the Norfolk Naval Base (where many in the area are employed).
Walk Score is still free (ad supported) or $25/mo. without ads for up to 25,000 views.

We use Walkscore on all the real estate websites we are hired to develop. It’s a powerful, user-friendly utility to add to real estate listings, even in the free version.
