TweetLater is a wonderful application/productivity tool to use with your Twitter account(s).

TweetLater allows you to “schedule” your Tweets over time.  In terms of real estate, this would be good for Tweets where you are not necessarily trying to interact with others.  For example, market updates.

TweetLater will also send you an email with your replies and messages so you can respond quickly and appropriately.

Follower vetting.  TweetLater gives you an option to auto-follow those who follow you.  With the follower vetting option, you can opt for a 72 hr. period to decide whether or not you want to follow the person following you.  This prevents you from auto-following spammers or those who primarily tweet in another language.

Keywords – TweetLater lets you also monitor keywords in the Twitter stream which allows you to easily jump in and out fo the conversation if you so desire.  For example, you may choose to monitor, “real estate richmond virginia” – you get an email when someone mentions that phrase giving you a key opportunity to monitor and participate in that discussion.

The Automation Statistics give you a quick view of how many new Twitters you are following, are following you, you unfollowed, etc.

With TweetLater Pro, you can even add links to your Ping.fm account and rss feeds for your blogs, articles, etc.

I’m not sure how I feel about this app right now. So many ways to automate these days, and it makes sense, but in my experience, automation usually ends up biting you in the ass :) At least, *most* people over use it.
